Right opposite the mission and next to the main museum is a fine clean hotel. Kleenex, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Only one chair in our room with a small desk but I imagine another chair could be asked for. Room 102 wi-fi very weak but good reception outside the rooms in a central patio. I'll accept that when you think of the thickness of the walls.
I liked this hotel very much!! The attention provided by the staff was exceptional, the food is delicious and super affordable. The rooms are spacious and always clean, the pool has always warm water and has an acceptable size considering the size of the hotel too. It is located within steps from the main square and church, also Jalpan is a good place to stay if you wanna tour the sierra gorda queretana.
It's a great place to stay and one of the best (if you like comfort) in Jalpan. The location is just great since it's right to the main square of the town and part of the historical center. The rooms are kept clean (could be a little bigger), the staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant and a pool.
The hotel in overall was great, the rooms were good, the location was very useful because it is at the center of the town. The main problem was at the service, the air condición system of my room didn't work, we complain about it the first night but they didn't do anything at the final.
Great location and service. It is a nice hotel right next to the Jalpan Mission. Also less than a block from the museum that is worth seeing. Also next to the main plaza. Food is also pretty good. The best place to stay in Jalpan. Staff is very helpful.
As far as small, simple town hotels in Mexico go this is one of the best I have stayed in. It is not over priced like its competitors, nor is it run down or dirty. The staff is terrible kind and helpful and they produce decent food and drinks. The best part of the hotel is the patio where you can sit under lovely trees and enjoy the sun set.
Very nice place. The staff was kind and helpfully. The bar personal is sociable. The room was clean and warm. The only downside is the lack of defined parking. But there is plenty of space at the Plaza.
Hotel Mision Japan is located in the downtown, is a small hotel just in front of the principal "Church-mision" and next to the principal museum. The rooms are average, in the back part of the hotel the road makes the hotel very noisy instead of your room is from the side of the museum it will be pretty quiet, the pool are a little bit dirty and the food is good but with limited options. The personal works with good attitude but need more technical support. Is a good option for a short trip.
